Registration and Tuition Information

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!!! and we are open UNTIL May 1, but APRIL 1 is the CHAMBER MUSIC REGISTRATION DEADLINE!

Student Tuition

Books 1 to 5 First Student Tuition $580; Books 1 to 5 Sibling Tuition $520
Books 5 and up First Student Tuition $780; Books 5 & up Sibling Tuition $720 (Book 5 & up includes chamber music and two students per hour for mini-private)

Siblings age 4 to 10 who do not play an instrument but would like to join art and mindfulness classes can enroll for 2 classes a day Monday to Thursday for $240. Please fill out a reg form for them so they can get a booklet, nametags, and t-shirt!

Second Instrument Mini-Private Lesson $200 additional for bks 1 to 5; for bks 5 and up it could be substituted for chamber music.

Late Fee (after MAY 1) $80 per student; Late Fee (after June 1) $100 per student (if we can find a spot for you)

No refunds after May 1.

Scholarships

Any family who cannot attend our institute as a result of the tuition rate may take an automatic scholarship of $80 for Bks 1 to 4, and $120 for bk 5 and up, if it would make the difference between attending the institute and not attending. Especially because the payment for bk 5 and up was raised $200 this year to include chamber music for all not as an extra, please deduct $120 if this causes hardship.

There are limited additional scholarship funds available. If you are in need of funding, please explore your local resources first. Many communities have arts organizations or other groups that can help you with tuition.

Important Dates

FEBRUARY 5th: Registration will open!  

APRIL 1 is the registration deadline to be in the chamber music program (for students in Bk 5 and up).
MAY 1 is the regular registration deadline for ALL other programs!

Tuition Payment

Tuition is due in full at the time of registration via credit card, using the Paypal payments system (unless an alternative arrangement has been made with the Director). You do not need to have a Paypal account.
